Definitions
In these conditions the following terms shall have the following meaning
“The Company” means W.T.A.E.U. “Customer” means the customer of the Company. “Contract” means any contract for the sale of goods by The Company to The Customer.
Payment
Payment shall become due upon placement of the order. Cheques should be made payable to W.T.A.E.U and posted to Rosalind Carlisle House, 341 Tanworth Road, Shirley, Solihull, West Midlands B90 4DU. No goods shall be supplied without payment. Goods will be supplied once payment has been cleared.
Goods shall be delivered by Royal Mail. Carriage will be paid by The Company on all UK orders. Overseas orders will incur carriage costs, charges of which will be advised prior to delivery and will form part of the invoice. We aim to despatch orders within 5 working days of payment clearing.
Orders outside the UK
Orders received outside the UK will incur additional carriage costs. These costs will be advised by The Company to The Customer. Overseas orders will only be despatched once confirmation of the charges has been acknowledged and approved by the Customer.
Claims
Any claims arising from damage whilst the goods are in transit must be made to The Company within 7 working days of delivery.

Goods that are faulty must be returned to:
