Most young people think smoking:


These are all false. In reality, smoking causes lots of problems, some you can see and some you can't.

Smoking won’t make you look cool

Smoking won’t make you look cool; in fact it does lots of damage to your appearance that can take a long time to repair:


Smoking can also cause mouth and throat cancer, lung and heart disease and stomach ulcers.

It is illegal to buy tobacco products if under the age of 18!

But it's not too late!

Quitting smoking greatly increases your chances of living longer and healthier.

Within 72 hours of quitting, breathing becomes easier and energy levels increase.

Think of the risks and consider the consequences!
